We hear echoes of færies' laughter and wisdom in tales from the world over. From a beautiful star maiden of the Ojibwa, a mysterious wish-granting spirit on a Japanese mountain, to two capricious ice færies from the Himalayas, each of these legends tells how the threads of magic and nature are woven into the fabric of our human lives.
